Welcome!! It is a pleasure to have you with me. You can use this site to check homework and other valuable information that you may find important.
Important Things to Remember:
-- Homework is given daily. Please help your child read their fluency, time them for 1 minute reading and answer the question of the day, complete vocabulary work and study also complete and review study guides daily.
-- Tests - In the beginning of the school year; tests will be on paper, then we move to a paper copy and mark answers on the computer. By the 2nd 9 week tests will be given on computer, Paper tests and when the time comes, Electronic Test Score paper will be in their folder. The folders are given every Wednesday (Test Score Paper Must Be Signed be returned the next day)
-- Conduct Paper is also in the Test paper folder that goes home every Wednesday. (Last full week of behavior Must Be Signed)
-- ELA assessments are given throughout the unit and at the end of unit. I may pick up the occassional paragraph writing assignment as a grade along with tests.
-- Social Studies assessment are given at the end of each chapter in the unit. I may pick up the occassional class assignment as a grade along with tests.
-- Attendance is vital for every student to receive the current instruction. However, please send an excuse whenever your child is absent.
-- Google Classroom is how most all ELA and Social Studies will be completed. The stories that we read, worksheets, and assignments will all be located in Google Classroom. Please have the student complete missed work.
