Friday, December 20th is our 

 

1st Grade Prayer Service @ 10:30AM 

 

It is also Christmas Dress up day. 

 

We provide the costumes for the prayer service. 

 

Please wear flat shoes (not slippery or heals).

 

Tomorrow's seating arrangements are:

 

The parents will sit on either side of the main aisle while

 

grandparnts and other fmily members are asked to please

 

sit on the left elevator side of the church.  This is to ensire that all parents have a seat for their children's prayer 

 

service.  Thank you so much!!!

 

 

  December Dates 

 

With the Christmas Season quickly approaching, we begin to prepare for our Christmas Prayer Service, which will take place the last day before Christmas break. If anyone has graduation gowns from Kindergarten to donate for the service please send them in. We would greatly appreciate it. 

 

Upcoming dates to remember!!! 

 

 

 Wednesday Dec. 4th - Children's Corner 9:00 - 9:30 (parents welcome)

Friday Dec. 6th - Half Day , send lunch

Saturday Dec. 7th - Christmas Bazaar

 Monday Dec. 9th - 9:00 Mass in honor of The Immaculate Conception 

Wednesday Dec. 11th - picture retakes and fall sport photos

Friday Dec. 13th - Polar Express Day - wear pajamas. Christmas Hat and Headband Day.

Wednesday Dec. 18th - Christmas Show @ 7PM

Please dress your child in lightweight comfortable clothes, as they are in their Angel Gowns and it gets hot in the AAC. No heels for girls.

Friday Dec. 20th - First Grade Prayer Service @ 10:30. Dress up Day

Also, please check Mrs. Calicchio's website for links to the songs the First Graders sing for the Christmas Play.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Congratulations!  First Grade came in second place in our Color Run and will have a Dress Down on Monday, Nov. 11. The children may wear their favorite team jersey/ colors or SLG Spiritwear.

 

 

 Please remember to check your child's planner and their homework. 

Please sign it. Their Green Homework Book is where they will do their Spelling homework.

As previously mentioned they will have spelling, reading and math homework Monday through Thursday.
