It was so nice to see many of you last night! I added a tab to the left that recaps some important info that was discussed. If you think of more questions please send me an email.

The children took the practice spelling and reading tests today and they did great! I read the directions very slowly and had the test projected on the Smart Board as well so they could follow along. The tests are not in the yellow folder today since they were just practice tests. You may keep these at home but beginning next week, please sign off on the tests and return them in the yellow folder.

Please continue to check the HW board for more information.

Welcome To 1A!

I hope everyone had a happy and enjoyable summer. The new school year is approaching and we are busy getting the room ready and making plans. When you have a chance please read the tabs that I have to the left. The "First Day of School" is very important!

For those that did not order the supplies through the school, please label items (folders, crayon box, pencil cases, etc) with your child's name and send them in on the first day. We have cubbies to store all the extra items. Your child only needs to send in 3 large glue sticks for the time being as I have an abundance of extras that were ordered over the years.

Ms. Esposito and I look forward to meeting all of the children next week!
