Aside from the screen-free bonding time between parent and child, there are many benefits of reading aloud to your child. Reading aloud to children has been shown to improve focus & concentration, encourages communication skills & empathy, boosts vocabulary, writing skills & general knowledge, while inspiring a positive attitude towards reading and learning!
