Welcome!
This year is going to be full of learning and exciting challenges that will help prepare you for high school and beyond. As a learning community, we will help push each other to grow and become great thinkers, creators, and problem solvers.
This is going to be my 8th year teaching 8th grade at Jordan Road. 8th grade is truly an unforgettable year and even though things are not normal right now, we hope to still make this year special for you.
8th grade ELA requires students to build upon the skills they learned last year. Book Club will continue to be an integral part of the independent work that students have for language arts.
