I am a graduate of West Chest University in Pennsylvania in1997, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education. After spending a year and a half teaching in the private sector, I have been teaching in the public school setting for the past 22 years. I've taught various grade levels and subject areas in the Somers Point School District over my 18 year tenure here. My former students have taught me just as many valuable lessons as I have taught them, we learn something new everyday. I strive for my students to give it their all each day all while building strong educational relationships. In addition to Teaching ELA, I support math and science classes to 8th graders, while always focusing on the social and emotional needs of all my students.
