Welcome back to a brand new and exciting 2023- 2024 school year!  My name is Ms. Lindsay Leahey.  I will be your childs's teacher for English- Language Arts. Your child will be receiving more individual attention in a Resource room setting. I look to working with your child to expand their Language Arts skills. We will be focusing on reading fluency, decoding, reading comprehension, weekly spelling and vocbulary words, writing pieces, grammar skills, phonics skills using different techniques from Fundations, The Sonday System, and Orton-Gillingham.  We also will be working on building self-esteem as a reader, writer, and student!
