"Today a reader, tomorrow a leader."

 -Margaret Fuller

It's true! Reading makes you smarter. Reading is a skill that keeps on giving. Daily reading motivates phonemic and phonological awareness. Please make sure that on top of your child reading what is necessary for school that they are choosing books of interest to read at home as well.

Students in my reading groups will be building upon skills focused on decoding and spelling words and reading fluency.
