WELCOME TO ALL STUDENTS in

GRADES 9-12

enrolled in Mrs. Gattuso's Physical Education course!

 

 

Please locate the class you are enrolled in and click for daily assignments. All students must use the 10 day fitness plan log to track and log the date, duration, and description of each activity. Each activity must be signed off by a parent/guardian in order to recieve credit. Students may replace the  recommended daily activity with an alternative activity (example: team sports practice) The alternative activity must still be tracked and logged, just as stated above. Each video covers at least 1, if not more of the Components of Fitness. Make sure your alternative activity does as well.  

 

IMPORTANT: ALL STUDENTS MUST READ OVER AND PRINT OUT ALL PAGES LOCATED UNDER THE 10-DAY FITNESS PLAN TAB
