Students will go outside for recess, even if for a short time, unless it is too cold or raining.

On Friday, December 20th Saint Leo the Great will be celebrating
Christmas as a school community.
We will have a class party and share some holiday fun!
*Please send your child in with a snack to have in the morning.
We will be serving a McDonald's meal and special snack at lunchtime.
You may send in your own lunch/snack if desired.
This will be a formal dress-up day--please have your child dress accordingly.
For comfort and safety, sneakers can be worn.

Hello KA (Elves)!
Our Christmas Show is all set for:
Wednesday, December 18th @7:00pm
Students will come dressed and dropped off at our classroom/rm 116
Student Drop off will be at 6:15pm
(through the main school entrance)
Doors to the AAC will open at 6:30pm
Kindergarten Elves Attire:
-Red, white, or Green long sleeve top (turtlenecks work too)
-Red, white, or Green Bottoms
-Sneakers
(any form of red, white, or green outfits would be fine)
(Girls- Low hairstyles please- they wear a hat)
After the show, please come back to our classroom for dismissal.
K-Songs: Hip Hop Elves/Christmas Party

Polar Express Day will be held on Friday, 12/13.
All students will be provided with the option of a special treat
to enjoy during their lunch period.
A permission slip will be sent to parents.
*Please provide your child with a classroom snack as well
Students are invited to wear their
pajamas to school on this special day!
They may also bring in a favorite plush toy/blanket to cuddle with.

KA Pilgrim boys/girls
Boys: white long sleeve shirt-dark color slacks
Girls: plain dress/blouse and skirt
Parents, please sit directly behind the kindergartners in the reserved pews.
These seats are only for kindergarten parents.
All other guests of kindergarten students may sit on the left side
of the church (looking at the Altar).
*Please send in a note if you are taking home your child after the service.
They will be dismissed from the main office. *

In an effort to support our fellow Catholic Schools that have been affected by Hurricane Milton and Hurricane Helene,
the Department of Catholic Schools invites you to participate in a diocesan relief effort.
Saint Leo the Great will have a Dress Down Day this Thursday, October 17th.
Suggested Minimum Donation of $1.00 or more.
*Please send your donation into school.
All proceeds will be sent to the Hurricane Relief Fund Program.
